Artist Spotlight: Nova

Just checked my email and got a request to post an album from a Philly artist named Nova. Here's a little about tha homie.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Cole "Nova" Carter, began writing rhymes at the age of 14. His main influences have been the great artist of his day, Jay-z, Tupac, Eminem, & Nas.

His music is a mixture of ghetto angst & youth defiance. No bling bling here. Just real, heart felt music. Nova's sound can be described as close to home, and familiar. His music strikes a cord in those who listen to it, because they can hear a part of their lives being sung. That's what makes Novas music so appealing.

Now at age 24, Nova is pursuing a professional career in the music industry as a Hip Hop Artist. He currently is promoting his independent album "The Myth Of Sisyphus", which is being sold Online at Amazon.com, Rhapsody and iTunes.2010 is sure to be a great year for music.
